The Secret Garden sits just behind the gates of Botanica Grove and is sure to make an incredible first impression. This space is naturally shaded under our carefully crafted pergola and intertwined with blooms and blossoms of all kinds. This is a perfect gathering place for pre-event mingling, cocktail hour, or even an intimate celebration. With a standing capacity of up to 75 and a seated capacity of 30, there is room to make this space your own. Place your welcome sign and guestbook table here or have your attendees grab a cocktail and capture photos against the lush backdrop.
The Arbor sits just beyond the Secret Garden making for a seamless event flow. With private access, a raised vine-covered pergola, and twinkling string lights, this space has a personality all its own. Also known as our "Capilla Noir”, The Arbor is the perfect backdrop for any type of intimate engagement. Tastefully reclaimed by nature and set in a rotunda design, guest views are sure to be stunning no matter how you choose to set up this area.
The Oasis is our second largest space on property with a capacity of up to 75 seated and 100+ standing. This space has been accurately named for its central location, tropical aesthetic, and proximity to The Garden Bar. The Garden Bar is a fully covered and intentionally designed bar space, making vendor set up simple and guest access convenient. The Oasis is a truly beautiful setting for any dinner or reception.
Spanning the entire back of our property this hidden space can be accessed through our tangled tree canopy or directly from The Oasis. Adorned with lush foliage and hundreds of Edison bulbs this space is perfect for that enchanted forest event feel. As one of largest spaces on property, this area can really be set for any aspect of your event. Host cocktail hour or a seated dinner, and enjoy room to dance the night away under the treetops.
The Noir Garden is a beautifully manicured space with a seated capacity of 60+ guests. This breathtaking space is the epitome of our property with gorgeous views no matter where you look. Nestled between the house and the Oasis, this location makes for yet another seamless event flow. Adorned with our signature Noir Archways this space makes for an incredible photo location, we can already envision you on our white cobblestone aisle as you make your way to forever.
Casa Bella and Casa Fuerte have been carefully designed with you in mind. Two separate suites tucked away towards the back of the property for privacy and exclusivity. Both Casas are air conditioned, tastefully decorated, and well stocked with some event day essentials! Ideal for getting ready, making memories with your best friends, and even sneaking away for a private moment during your event.
Botanica Grove was intentionally designed to be flexible, inclusive, and accommodating. Every event comes fully loaded with an all-inclusive foundation of features, services, staff, and support - from tables, chairs, and linens, to in-house planning assistance and complimentary day-of coordination. We have 6 pre-built packages to choose from, along with a full team of talented in-house vendors, together, allowing you to create a truly turn-key experience. In term of flexibility, our vendors are optional (use ours or bring in your own), our packages are adjustable (add or remove services, or reach out for a custom quote), and your payments are customizable (choose your amounts and due dates).
